Religiøse ledere - makt og avmakt [Religious leaders – power and impotence] was a book project based on recent research into religious leadership in various religious communities. The project brought together researchers from different fields, who conducted studies of religion and power in a religious community. Key issues for all the contributors were the kind of power religious leadership confers, the challenges this encounters in a secular society and the kinds of tasks a religious leader actually performs in the course of their work.
